Merry meet! Here is our returns promise, plain and simple.

Digital downloads: all sales final

Our PDF spell guides ($0.99 each) are delivered as instant downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital products. Please double-check your order before checkout — and if a download link does not work, email us at skittzyspace@gmail.com and we will fix it.

Physical items: 30-day returns

Changed your mind about crystals, tarot decks, or other physical goodies? You can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return shipping — unless your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, in which case we will cover everything and make it right.

How to start a return

Email us at skittzyspace@gmail.com with your order details. We will reply with return instructions. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.
